Simply measure your walls and follow the steps. The system allows you to place your chosen image with consideration of where doors, windows and furniture may be to ensure that prominent features of the image are not blocked from view.

HP Latex Printing Technologies address environmental and health concerns across a broad range of attributes throughout the entire life cycle of a print from production to disposal. The water-based formulation of HP Latex Inks fundamentally provides healthier print production without trading off performance. Health and environmental performance and certifications The water-based formulation of HP Latex Inks offers a healthier solution that better meets the health and environmental objectives of both print service providers and our customers.

No special ventilation is required with HP Latex Inks.  HP Latex Inks have no hazard warning labels, contain no Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), are non-flammable and non-combustible, and are nickel-free. HP Latex Inks allow print service providers to produce odorless prints for indoor display in sensitive environments such as hospitality, childcare and healthcare.

Certifications

HP Latex Inks have qualified for certifications that demonstrate they meet some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low chemical emissions into indoor air.

Our print partners facilities and are certified under the Sustainable Green Print program run by the Print & Visual Communication Association of Australia. Our printers comply with key environmental laws and utilise a comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS) 

Recyclability

An important component of total environmental performance is the recyclability of used consumables. HP Latex printing supplies including ink cartridges, printheads, and maintenance supplies are recyclable through the HP Planet Ark Partners program.

All custom printed wallpaper will be produced and despatched within 3 business days and delivery by our friends at Fastway couriers will take a maximum of 7 days.  In most cases delivery will be within 4 working days of order.

Image Quality is determined by multiple factors

  • the resolution in the original image
  • the distance from which you are viewing the image
  • characteristics of the image whether it is in soft focus or precise definition, intricate and complex textures or bold distinct, sharp contrasting lines or shapes

If your wall is dirty, clean it first! Ideally, flat, internal, clean surfaces. If it’s freshly painted, wait approx 4-6 weeks!

Most importantly,  ensure your wall’s paint does not contain Polymers like Teflon or silicon, which may cause the media to bubble or fail. Prepare the wall with a water based barrier coat or undercoat first, before installation.

An easy way to find out if your wall does contain these elements is to lightly spray the wall with water. If it beads and doesn’t not run off, the paint contains silicon or Teflon.

We also recommend using Isopropyl Alcohol or Isopropanol Prep Vinyl before installation.

Avoid applying in excessively hot/or humid areas and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1.) General

The following Terms and Conditions apply to each contract between Crest Trading Pty Ltd (t/a Wallz), registered office Level 5, 99 York St Sydney NSW 2000, ACN 619 104 737 and the customer (you) as identified on the order form.

2.) Contract

(1) A contract is not formed until the your order is accepted in writing by Wallz. Changes to the order are not valid until confirmed in writing by Wallz.

(2) Wallz reserves the right to refuse any order.

3.) Customer’s Obligations

(1) Your data and any image you submit for printing are processed automatically within the framework of an automated technical process without prior manual controls and correction by Wallz. In uploading files, you confirm that you are entitled to disseminate and reproduce image in the file. In other words: What gets printed is what was uploaded by you.

(2) You guarantee that the transmitted file(s) do not contravene existing law.

(3) You agree in particular a) not to transmit to Wallz any illegal, seditious, racist, material or content; or artwork, materials or content that promote violence, or propaganda, symbols of unconstitutional parties, or their replacement organisations; or guides to criminal acts; pornographic originals, materials or content depicting sexual abuse of children or sexual acts with animals; or discriminatory statements or depictions with respect to race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual preference or age; b) not to contravene any laws relating to youth protection, or penal law. This applies in particular to the legal stipulations and to the provisions of the treaty on youth protection in the media; c) that the originals (in particular image and text files), content and materials transmitted to Wallz do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks or other rights of any third party or parties, or infringe on the personal rights or any other rights of a third party or parties.

4.) Delivery

(1) Deliveries will be sent to the address stated for delivery in the order.

(2) Partial deliveries are permitted and shall be deemed independent deliveries, except in cases where you cannot be reasonably expected to accept partial delivery. You will not be invoiced for the additional cost of partial delivery.

(3) Wallz strives to keep deadlines it specifies.

(4) In case of impairments in delivery beyond the control of Wallz (in particular due to force majeure) and which were not negligently caused by Wallz, Wallz may withdraw from the contract, providing that the impairment to performance is not of a temporary nature, without being liable to provide compensation. During any period of impairment, Wallz shall not be deemed in default. The purchase price paid will be refunded should Wallz withdraw from the contract.

5.) Terms of Payment

(1) The purchasing price is due immediately on conclusion of contract and will be debited from Customer’s account in advance. Direct debit transactions or debit entries against credit cards will be effected on completion of the order.

(2) All prices are quoted including GST at current rates.

(3) In case of returned/reversed credit card/debit card transactions, Wallz reserves the right to charge a reasonable handling fee in each case.

(4) All shipping costs, especially for packing, transport costs, transport insurance and deliveries are included in the stated price.

(5) Additional shipping costs will be charged if an incorrect delivery address, or an incorrect addressee is stated by you.

6.) Warranty/Passing of Rights

1) Information, drawings, figures, technical data, weights, measures and descriptions of features published in brochures, catalogues, circular letters, advertisements or price lists are for information purposes only. Wallz accepts no liability for the accuracy of these details.

The type and scope of delivery is subject to the details specified in the order and confirmation of order.

(2) No guarantee is given against fading or for the waterproofing capability of printed products. Wallz points out that printed products are designed exclusively for use in closed rooms.

(3) The designations and specifications advised at the time of the contract represent the state of art at that time. Minor technical deviations (especially with respect to cropping and colour of the print) of the goods delivered compared to the goods advertised are permissible and do not represent a defect as long as they are typical for the industry and do not impede the contractually agreed purpose.

Cropped images may differ slightly, but not significantly, from the specified size as is typical for images in stock frames. Minor, differences in printed colours that are typical for the industry may occur if the Customer’s display is not calibrated to represent true colours. Black / white prints will contain a minor colour tint that is typical for the industry due to colour printing processes. Complaints, credit notes and replacement prints based on these claims are excluded, except where deviations are above and beyond the norm for the industry.

(4) You must declare any defects of the delivered goods within 5 days of delivery. Defects claimed on products that are already installed can’t be accepted.

7.) Transmitted materials

(1) All original images and documents sent by you to Wallz for performance of the order and especially digital storage media, are not returned by Wallz, but archived after fulfilling the contract. On express request by you, Wallz will return the documents submitted by you to you. You must bear the costs of return shipment. On express request by you, Wallz will destroy the documents submitted by you.

(2) Wallz reserves the right to create a backup copy, especially of your originals, materials and content submitted by digital means, in order to comply without delay with your request for remedying of any defects. The data in the backup copy will be used by Wallz only for the purpose of remedying defects.

(3) Wallz has the right to utilise the image uploaded as examples of work produced. Any photograph taken of the installed product may be used by Wallz to advertise and promote its services.

8.) Final provisions

(1) The law of New South Wales applies to this contract. This does not affect mandatory provisions of the state in which the Customer has his/her place of abode.

(2) If any provision of this Contract is invalid, this shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Refund Policy

You must declare any defects of the delivered goods within 5 days of delivery. Defects on products that are already installed can’t be accepted.

Faulty Goods Returns

We want you to be 100 per cent happy with your wallpaper.

If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product and you must return the product. Proof of purchase may be your original invoice/receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.

Wallz may have any faulty product assessed by a third-party agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault. 

Wallz reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect. Defects on products that are already installed can’t be accepted.

Quality Print Promise

We want you to be delighted with your wallpaper. In the event that you are dissatisfied, we will re-print your order for free provided that:

  • Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you request a re-print of identical product/s within five business days of collecting or receiving your product; and
  • All affected print products have been returned in the same condition as they were provided to you.

If you’re still not happy, we’ll refund your money, no questions asked provided that:

  • Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you have requested the refund within five business days of collecting or receiving your re-printed products; and
  • All affected print products have been returned in the same condition as they were in when provided to you.

Additional things to know

If your products were delivered to you, we will cover the cost of re-delivering replacement your products. If instead you ask for a refund, we will also refund any delivery fee you paid.

This option applies only to the quantity of print products which you are dissatisfied with. This may be less than the entire order quantity.

Production times for reprinted products are the same as for the original order.

Flat Rate $25.00 shipping to anywhere in Australia within 10 working days. Your parcel will arrive in a protective cardboard cylinder.
